Outlook won’t work correctly and will not be able to load the profile screen if its files are corrupted. These files can be repaired through an inbuilt program in the Outlook installation directory. A free demo version of the software is available to download. You just need to install the software and you are all good to run the software. Step 1 - Follow these instructions to uninstall your Office applications. If you are unable to connect or are prompted for your password repeatedly attempt the following options. To support increased security, as of August 30, 2024, Microsoft will remove the ability to send user account details and passwords in email from within the Microsoft 365 admin center. We recommend that you print the account information to a PDF file, then share it with your users in a secure manner. Your administrator hasn't turned on password reset for your organization from the “Can't access your account” link or hasn't licensed you to use the feature.

There are some other things I have read online, but as I am still learning I don't want to go to deep and somehow cause a larger issue by chance. You can end all office-related processes in Solve365 official help task manager to ensure a fresh start. Corrupted Outlook files are a common cause related to Outlook. To rectify/repair it, Microsoft has provided an inbuilt utility called Scanpst.exe. Follow the steps below to disable Outlook’s compatibility mode. In business settings, group policies and conditional access rules can cause problems, too. Restrictions on device compliance, location, or sign-in risk might block you even if your password is correct. If your account is disabled or unlicensed, you won’t be able to get in until an admin fixes it. Expired subscriptions or suspended accounts are often behind these issues. On Windows, head to Credential Manager, remove any saved Office 365 entries, then try signing in again.
