Also, '-g' represents the default location of Outlook installation and the address after '-d1' describes your profile folder's default path. Therefore, if you installed your Outlook application in a custom location, you'd have to substitute '-g' for the custom location. Just as your files can easily become corrupted, so can your Outlook profile. This usually happens when you've switched versions of Outlook but your profile did not update. For users who have the discontinued free email client Windows Live Email, you're likely finding it's high time to export your email to Outlook. If you're still unable to send or receive email, read how to Fix Outlook.com email sync issues. If you are having issues sending email, this might be due to validation issues with your Microsoft Account. We have recently received some reports of users who are experiencing issues with subscribing to .ics/ical calendars. Microsoft has released a Windows Hotfix file to remove the contacts folder synced by the Teams app. This issue has been mitigated and we are continuing to monitor the issue to ensure stability.
