# Recipes **NOTE on Sacrificial Beetles:**\ \* As far as I can tell the sacrificial beetle is *not* part of the recipe - It *may* change the probability of success or failure of the crafting attempt. - It *may* alter the rarity of the output (for example, the Pond + Pond smash recipe with Purple sacrifice = Goliath, while Green sacrifice output Monarch) YMMV! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ## Assembled Recipes The **assemble** workbench recipes craft with 100% success rate from items placed in the input slots ### Higher Dimensional Junk | Recipe | Output | |----|----| | Any [Junk](/junk/start) item **x2** (e.g., <!bottle_cap> + <!marble>) | **<!junk_cube>** | | <!junk_cube> **x3** | **<!junk_tesseract>** | ### Hammers *Note*: You can only have 1 hammer of a given type, but you can have 1 hammer of each type. | Recipe | Output | Stats | |----|:---|:--:| | <!junk_cube> + <!junk_cube> | **<!tin_hammer>** | Base Break Chance 10% | | <!tin_hammer> + <!junk_tesseract> + <!tin_pollen> | **<!bronze_hammer>** | Crafting Bonus +5%
Base Break Chance 5% | | <!bronze_hammer> + <!junk_tesseract> + <!bronze_pollen> | **<!mithril_hammer>** | Crafting Bonus +20%
Base Break Chance 10% | | <!mithril_hammer> + <!junk_tesseract> + <!mithril_pollen> | **<!adamantine_hammer>** | Crafting Bonus +35%
Base Break Chance 2%
Break chance after first use 5% | | <!adamantine_hammer> + <!junk_tesseract> + <!adamantine_pollen> | **<!diamond_hammer>** | Crafting Bonus +90%
Base Break Chance 1%
Break chance after first use 9% | ### Key | Recipe | Output | Description | |----|----|----| | [Bronze Rarity](/rarity/bronze) [Flower](/flowers) (e.g., <!marigold>) + <!junk_cube> | **<!beetleboy_key>** | Used to unlock the 3rd slot for the BeetleCraft workbench | ### Pollens | Recipe | Output | |:---|:---| | [Tin Rarity](/rarity/tin) [Flower](/flowers) + [Tin Rarity](/rarity/tin) [Flower](/flowers) | **<!tin_pollen>** | | [Bronze Rarity](/rarity/bronze) [Flower](/flowers) + [Bronze Rarity](/rarity/bronze) [Flower](/flowers) | **<!bronze_pollen>** | | [Mithril Rarity](/rarity/mithril) [Flower](/flowers) + [Mithril Rarity](/rarity/mithril) [Flower](/flowers) | **<!mithril_pollen>** | | [Adamantine Rarity](/rarity/adamantine) [Flower](/flowers) + [Adamantine Rarity](/rarity/adamantine) [Flower](/flowers) | **<!adamantine_pollen>** | ### Tesseract Rolls #### Hyper Roll Looks like assembling 2x <!junk_tesseract> results in an item from a pool, with a high probability of producing 1x <!junk_tesseract>. There have been [reports](https://boards.miladychan.org/v/324142?last=0#p415859) of <!specimen_pin> dropping. I’ve only got a <!gallic_rose> and 3 <!junk_tesseract> in 4 assembles. | Recipe | Output | |:---|:---| | <!junk_tesseract> + <!junk_tesseract> | The whole item pool with mostly 1x <!junk_tesseract>?? | #### Flower Reroll Use a <!junk_tesseract> assembled with a flower to reroll one of the same tier, example: | Recipe | Output | |:----------------------------------------|:---------------| | <!junk_tesseract> + <!morning_glory> | <!camellia> | | <!junk_tesseract> + <!gazania> | <!pincushion> | ## Smashed Recipes **Hammer** and **Sacrifice** are not part of the recipe, but modify **Crafting Bonus**, durability loss, and maybe success rate? There’s an interesting note about **Grigger Maxxing** on the [protips](/protips) page ### Tier up Do NOT rely on this to work - be prepared to lose beetles/flowers/hammers in this process (yes hammer breaks really predictably in this recipe - try 2 times in sequence and its likely guaranteed to break). Generally here is what I found increases success rate when i upgrade two ‘flowers’ to higher color/rarity: 1. use it as the first ‘smash’ action for the day (when all hammer break chances are reset to 0% after cheese claim) 2. make sure to use hammer with 0% break chance 3. do not attempt this twice in a single day, across all hammers (simply using a 2nd hammer with 0% break chance isn’t going to work) I recommend looking to [beetle to flower transmutation](/crafted_items#beetle-to-flower-transmutation) and crafting [artifacts](/crafted_items#artifacts) to upgrade your lower tier materials instead of this. | Recipe | Output | |:---|:---| | Bronze rarity beetle **x2** (e.g., <!ladybug> **x2**) | Mithril rarity beetle (e.g.,<!monarch>) | | Bronze rarity flower **x2** (e.g., <!milk_thistle> **x2**) | Mithril rarity flower (e.g.,<!morning_glory>) | ### Artifacts #### Creating Artifacts There is a layer of RNG with artifact crafting where you have a chance to craft different artifacts from the same recipe. | Recipe | Output | |:--|:--| | [Bronze](/rarity/bronze) Beetle (e.g., <!ladybug>, <!purple>) + <!bronze_pollen> | <!nectar> or <!cattail> | | [Mithril](/rarity/mithril) Beetle (e.g., <!pond>, <!monarch>) + <!mithril_pollen> | <!pinecone>, <!moss> or <!gunpowder> | #### Using Artifacts | Recipe | Output | |:-------------------------------------------|:-----------------| | <!nectar> + <!ladybug> | <!monarch> | | <!cattail> + <!ladybug> | <!pond> | | <!pinecone> + <!pond> | <!goliath> | | <!moss> + <!pond> | <!stag> | | <!gunpowder> + <!pond> | <!bombardier> | | <!gunpowder> + <!moss> + <!pinecone> | <!black_lotus> | ### Beetle to Flower Transmutation Convert [beetles](/beetles) to [flowers](/flowers) of the same tier by smashing them with a <!junk_cube>.\ **Examples:** | Recipe | Output | |:---|:---| | Tin Rarity Beetle (<!green>) + <!junk_cube> | Tin Rarity Flower (<!daisy>) | | Bronze Rarity Beetle (<!ladybug>) + <!junk_cube> | Bronze Rarity Flower (<!milk_thistle>) | | Mithril Rarity Beetle (<!pond>) + <!junk_cube> | Mithril Rarity Flower (<!morning_glory>) | | Adamantine Rarity Beetle (<!stag>) + <!junk_cube> | Adamantine Rarity Flower (<!pincushion>) | As of right now this only works one way: you combine a beetle with a junk cube to get a flower. You cannot combine a flower with a junk cube to get a beetle. **SAD!!!** Special beetles like Striped Cucumber Beetle and Bumblebee cannot be transmuted into flowers. ### Flower Beetlecraft Using flowers and beetles of the same higher tier rarity can guarantee a certain species of beetle on a successful smash | Recipe | Output | |:---|:---| | <!royal_poinciana> + [mithril](/rarity/mithril) beetle (e.g., <!pond>) | <!giraffe_weevil> | | <!camellia> + [mithril](/rarity/mithril) beetle (e.g., <!pond>) | <!pillbug> | | <!morning_glory> + [mithril](/rarity/mithril) beetle (e.g., <!pond>) | <!imperial_tortoise> | | <!pincushion> + [adamantine](/rarity/adamantine) beetle (e.g., <!stag>) | <!sabertooth_longhorn> | | <!gazania> + [adamantine](/rarity/adamantine) beetle (e.g., <!stag>) | <!sunset_moth> | | <!black_lotus> + <!sabertooth_longhorn> + <!sunset_moth> | <!mars_rhino> | ### New Special Beetle Smashes | Recipe | Output | |:---|:---| | <!fringed_iris> + [mithril](/rarity/mithril) beetle (e.g., <!pond>) | <!blue_longicorn> | | <!larkspur> + [mithril](/rarity/mithril) beetle (e.g., <!pond>) | <!golden_tiger> | | <!passionflower> + [adamantine](/rarity/adamantine) beetle (e.g., <!stag>) | <!death_feigning> | | <!hellebore> + [adamantine](/rarity/adamantine) beetle (e.g., <!stag>) | <!pondhawk> |
