**1/4/26:** Finished the script generated ItemTag plugin config and [[:itemtag_docs|documentation]], tl;dr let's you write %%<!cheese>%% and <!cheese> is rendered.
Might work on extending it to do full crafting recipe renders like %%<!!daisy daisy | milk_thistle>%% to <!daisy> + <!daisy> = <!milk_thistle> (but with fancy CSS to make it look like the BeetleBoy)
